How to Increase Giving from Retirement Plans

Making a charitable gift from a retirement plan is one of the easiest ways for a donor to your organization. It's a simple-and usually very significant-gift your supporter can make without even changing his or her will. And, there are often very good tax reasons for making a retirement plan gift.  Join us for the next PG-13 breakfast as we talk about the basics of how donors can plan gifts from their IRAs, 401ks, and other retirement assets and share how local charities are effectively promoting this often-overlooked form of giving.

The Parnership for Philanthropic Planning of Nashville's PG13 breakfast sessions are geared for newcomers to planned giving or fundraising and for anyone who wants practical "take aways" without excessive technical detail. Veteran planned giving officers will lead an open discussion--you'll have plenty of opportunity to have your questions answered--and the sessions are a great opportunity to network with middle Tennessee development professionals.

Membership is not required to attend this event and all guests are welcome!
